With over 20 years in IT consulting, I have led large-scale offshore projects, managed strategic IP turnarounds, and held P&L responsibility for organizations of up to 350 employees. My focus has always been on growing clients and regions while building strong C-level relationships.

At the same time, I stay close to technology – exploring how AI reshapes service models and business strategies, from AIOps to vibe coding and enterprise-wide AI adoption. I’m also passionate about energy sovereignty and the intersection of technology with sustainability.

Beyond business, I actively support diversity and CSR by working with non-profits and fostering talent networks, particularly for women and young professionals.
