7. SharePoint User Group Meeting in Erlangen at Spirit Link Technology

To oblige our special guest of the 7th ISPA meeting Dan Parker from our australian based partner company nintex this post is in english.

Yesterday fifteen Sharepoint Enthusiasts met at Spirit Link Technology in Erlangen for the 7th SharePoint User Group Meeting. After a short introduction Dan started his presentation about agility in modern workspaces.

At the beginning the audience was introduced to the idea of workflows and their effect to the modern work environment. In the next part of his presentation Dan pointed out some real life problems and case studies which have been solved with Nintex Workflow 2007 and SharePoint and and denoted that costs could be reduced much by modernizing and economizing modern business and office processes.

The closure of that interesting presentation was an outlook to the new Version of Nintex workflow. Dan showed the tendency of new nintex developments and which novel features can be expected.

Subsequent to the lecture the user group members used the opportunity to discuss the advantages of Nintex Workflow with Dan and the experts of Spirit Link.  After that really interesting User Group Meeting Marek, Dan and I went to a historical bar for some inside talk about Nintex workflow and SharePoint.
